We stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day trial period to ensure your BRUNT boots and apparel meet the demands of your jobsite. If you are not 100% satisfied, we provide free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the feedback so we can continue to improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label provided at the end of the process and affix it to your original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Get Paid

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
