Our boots generally run true to size. We recommend ordering your standard sneaker size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Plus, our innovative adjustable width system allows you to customize the fit by removing the gray insert under the insole.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied with your gear, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size or style within 30 days of purchase, even if you've worn them on the job site.
How long does shipping take?

Are your boots waterproof?
Many of our boot models, such as the Marin and the Bolduc, feature a high-quality waterproof membrane and premium leather to keep your feet dry in wet conditions. Check the specific product features for the 'Waterproof' badge.
Do you offer a warranty on your workwear?
Yes, we stand behind our products. We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your gear fails due to a defect, we will make it right.
